Welcome to Inssure, an Institute Management System operated by Nest Software Pvt. Ltd.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Inssure website, application, software, and related services.
By registering for an account, starting a free trial, accessing the platform, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use Inssure.
About Inssure
Inssure is a cloud-based Institute Management System designed to help educational and training institutes manage areas including:
- Enquiries and leads
- Admissions
- Student records
- Courses and batches
- Fees and collections
- Attendance
- Trainers
- WhatsApp and email communication
- Dashboards and reports
Features and functionality may change or be updated from time to time.
Eligibility
To use Inssure, you must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
If you are creating an account on behalf of an institute, organisation, or business, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Account Registration
To use certain Inssure features, you may need to create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your account information updated
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Restrict unauthorised access to your account
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access
You are responsible for activities carried out through your account unless caused by a security failure attributable to us.
Free Trial
Inssure may provide a free trial to eligible customers.
The trial is intended to allow potential customers to evaluate the platform before purchasing a subscription.
We reserve the right to modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue a free trial where reasonably necessary.
Unless otherwise communicated, no payment is required to begin the free trial.
Subscription and Billing
Paid access to Inssure is provided through subscription plans.
Plans may be available on monthly or annual billing cycles.
The applicable subscription price, student capacity, features, and billing period will be presented before purchase.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorise the applicable payment provider to process the required payment.
Plan Limits
Inssure plans may have limits relating to student capacity, features, branches, users, storage, integrations, or other resources.
Customers must use the service within the limits of their selected plan.
If an institute exceeds the applicable plan limits, it may be required to upgrade to a higher plan or purchase additional capacity where available.
Upgrades
Customers may upgrade their subscription when available.
Additional charges may apply to upgrades.
The applicable upgrade price and effective date will be displayed during the upgrade process or communicated by our team.
Cancellation and Refunds
Subscription cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable after payment and activation of the applicable subscription.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Inssure to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
- Access another user’s account without authorisation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Interfere with the operation or security of the platform
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the software, except where expressly permitted by applicable law
- Copy, reproduce, resell, lease, or commercially exploit Inssure without our written permission
- Use automated methods to access the platform in a manner that may disrupt its operation
- Store or transmit unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing content
- Use the platform to violate another person’s privacy or rights
We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these requirements.
Customer Data
Customers retain responsibility for information and content that they enter into Inssure.
You represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions, authorisations, or lawful basis to collect, upload, store, and process such information through Inssure.
Nest Software may process customer data only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve the services, or as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.
Data Backup
Although we take reasonable measures to maintain the availability and integrity of the platform, customers should maintain appropriate copies or backups of critical information where necessary.
We do not guarantee that data will never be lost, corrupted, unavailable, or affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Third-Party Services and Integrations
Inssure may integrate with or provide access to third-party services, including payment providers, messaging platforms, analytics services, or other external systems.
Third-party services may have their own terms, fees, privacy policies, availability requirements, and limitations.
Nest Software is not responsible for the independent operation or policies of third-party services.
WhatsApp and Communication Services
Where Inssure supports WhatsApp, email, or other communication integrations, customers are responsible for using such services in compliance with applicable laws, platform policies, consent requirements, and anti-spam requirements.
Third-party communication or API charges may apply separately.
Intellectual Property
Inssure, including its software, interface, design, branding, documentation, features, graphics, content, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to Nest Software Pvt. Ltd.
Except for the limited right to use Inssure during an active subscription, no ownership rights are transferred to customers.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works based on Inssure without our prior written permission.
Service Availability
We aim to keep Inssure available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The service may occasionally be unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Emergency maintenance
- Infrastructure or hosting issues
- Internet or telecommunications failures
- Third-party service failures
- Security incidents
- Events beyond our reasonable control
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.
Support and Onboarding
Inssure may provide onboarding assistance and customer support depending on the selected plan.
The level and availability of support may vary by subscription plan.
Disclaimer
Inssure is provided as a software management tool.
We do not guarantee that the platform will:
- Meet every specific business requirement
- Produce error-free results in every circumstance
- Prevent all data or operational errors
- Be continuously available without interruption
- Replace professional, legal, financial, accounting, educational, or other specialist advice
Customers remain responsible for reviewing information entered into or generated by the system before relying on it for important decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nest Software Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from or relating to the use of Inssure.
Our liability, where legally applicable, will be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the applicable Inssure subscription during the relevant period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nest Software Pvt. Ltd., its employees, officers, representatives, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from:
- Your misuse of Inssure
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of applicable law
- Your infringement of third-party rights
- Information or content submitted by you or your authorised users
Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to an account where:
- These Terms are materially violated
- The account is used for unlawful or abusive activities
- There is a security risk
- Payment obligations remain unpaid
- Continued access may harm the platform or other users
- Suspension or termination is otherwise permitted under applicable law or agreement
Where reasonably practicable, we may provide notice before termination.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination or expiry of a subscription, access to paid features may cease.
Customers are responsible for retrieving or exporting necessary information before termination where export functionality is available.
Certain information may be retained after termination where required for legal, security, accounting, dispute-resolution, or legitimate business purposes.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of Inssure shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the applicable location in India, subject to applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of Inssure after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
